College Quarters Student Apartments. This is a new student housing community (near NC State University, in Raleigh NC) that needs help with branding and awareness. They want to position this apartment complex as a modern, convenient, fun, and safe place to live—THE near-campus place to live in 2024 if you are an NC State student.

The primary target audience is parents of college students, especially those at NC State University in Raleigh, NC, but also students any other local colleges and universities (34,000 students at NC State alone). The secondary target audience is the college students themselves.
